1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by DimeLandIT. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Services

DimeLandIT provides services including but not limited to:

• Website Development
• Mobile App Development
• Digital Marketing
• Related IT Solutions

Project scope will be defined and agreed upon before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

• A 60% advance payment is required before the project begins.
• The remaining 40% balance must be paid upon project completion before final delivery or deployment.

Work will commence only after receipt of the advance payment.

4. Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation

If the client cancels the project after work has started, the advance payment (60%) is non-refundable, as it covers resource allocation, planning, and development time already invested.

Company Cancellation

In the rare case that DimeLandIT cancels a project due to unforeseen circumstances, the advance payment will be refunded promptly.

5. Project Delays

Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of content, delayed feedback, payment delays) may affect delivery timelines.

6. Revisions

Reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope are included. Major changes outside the original scope may require additional charges.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment (100%), ownership of the final delivered product will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
DimeLandIT reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless confidentiality is requested in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

DimeLandIT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed in accordance with applicable local and international laws where the company operates.
